Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi is expected to officially resign today after the country voted to reject constitutional reforms. Over the weekend, Renzi had promised to resign if the reforms were rejected. About 57.1 percent of voters were against giving the lower house the power to pass laws without the need for additional approval.
